Course: Mom's Adventures in Natural Living

Class Description: Moms are the gatekeepers to the home and we can make simple changes that will affect the course of our kids’s lives. We will go through a variety of ideas that will help you on a practical journey to make small changes that add up to a more natural and healthy home. We will learn how to make Elderberry Syrup, Laundry Soap, Soap Bars, Deodorant, Lip Balm, and more. Some of the topics will include Hormones (even in the bedroom), Supplements, Essential Oils, Non-Toxic Cleaning, Emotion Code/Emotional Release, Vitaflex. Some of the techniques will include Batch Cooking, Bone Broth, Canning, Bread Making, and Kombucha.
Most days you will go home with some product you will have made or have seen a demonstration on how to make.

Books and Supplies required for purchase by families: You may need to bring regular household items from time to time but I will let you know ahead of time. (I.E. a mason jar)
Teacher Bio: Hi I’m Lauri Anne! I’m a mother, engineer, and a health wellness consultant. I began my journey over 10 years ago learning about using natural products for my family. I now have a passion to share with other moms who are facing similar struggles or just want to make better choices for their families.
