From Notgrass Website:
Exploring Government by Ray Notgrass is a one-semester course for high school. It provides one half-year of credit in U.S. government and an optional half-year of credit in English.
Students explore the government of the United States from its beginning to the present with special emphasis on the Biblical pattern for government and on the U.S. Constitution. By learning about the operations of federal, state, and local government, and about issues facing our nation today, students become better equipped to understand, pray for, and be involved in our country’s government.
This class will be taught by Kirsty Hammond, a homeschooling Mom of 14 years. She received a dual Honors degree in Speech Therapy and Audiology, and a Master’s degree focusing on Second Language Acquisition in South Africa. This will be Kirsty's 5th year serving on the Friendly Educators Board.
