Course: Mom's Total Body Conditioning

Class Description: This is a functional workout for moms of all stages. Each 50 minutes session is comprised of body weight conditioning, cardio, and core strength. All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to participate. The class is flexible and it can be as hard as you need it to be or scaled back to meet you where you are, either way you will leave energized for the rest of the day.
Please note: Moms with babies can bring them in their strollers.

Teacher Bio: Nancy Pierce is a homeschool mom, and former management professor and researcher. After becoming a stay-at-home mom, Nancy decided to pursue her passion for wellness and nutrition. She’s a certified nutrition coach a group fitness instructor specialized on pre- and post-natal exercise.
